Who I am…

I’m a registered nursing student who believes that caring for others is one of the most meaningful ways we can honor our shared humanity. Nursing, for me, is both a calling and a lifelong journey of learning, growth, and connection. I’ve cared for people in moments of both joy and heartbreak—within my family, my community, and my work—and those experiences have deepened my belief that compassion, presence, and understanding can be as healing as medicine itself.

I see every person as a whole being—body, mind, and spirit—and I try to bring warmth, curiosity, and respect to every interaction. I also believe in the healing power of laughter, movement, and nature. When I’m not working or studying, you’ll usually find me outdoors—hiking, exploring, or spending time with my dog and cat, who remind me daily of the simple joy of being alive.

This portfolio reflects my journey as a nursing student and emerging RN. I hope it offers a glimpse not just into my professional growth, but into who I am as a person—someone who truly wants the best for others, and who finds purpose in caring, learning, and living fully.
